Thrive@QE promotes and supports positive emotional health and wellbeing. The programme aims to help students build resilience through various support sessions, workshops, activities and events.

The sessions are linked to and promote the five ways of wellbeing. They include topics such as positivity, online safety, managing emotions, stress, cultural awareness, world news, worries, study skills, mindfulness, relaxation, yoga and meditation.
