How do I apply to QE?
Applying to Queen Ethelburga’s is a simple and friendly process. Just get in touch with our Admissions Team via our enquiry form, by phone, or email.
You’ll be assigned a member of the team who will support you every step of the way: answering your questions, guiding you through the process, and arranging a personal tour of the school.
What are the entry requirements?
QE is a non-selective school, which means we don’t have formal academic entry requirements.
However, all applicants are asked to complete a cognitive abilities test. This helps our teachers understand each student’s strengths and how they learn best.
How do I apply as an international student?
The application process for international students is slightly different to the UK entry.
Begin the process by contacting our International Admissions Team directly or by contacting one of our country representatives or agents.
What bus routes are available to QE?
Our day students travel from a wide range of areas, including as far as Doncaster, thanks to our extensive network of school bus routes.

We host five Open Days each academic year, along with Stay and Play sessions and Taster Days for students of different ages.
