Where Are They Now - Suva Ma'asi
When Suva left QE, he set his sights high, and he’s been climbing ever since. After heading to Northumbria University in Newcastle, Suva spent two brilliant years combining his studies with competitive rugby, building a name for himself on and off the field. 🏉
His next chapter took him to Cornwall, where he signed his first professional contract with the Cornish Pirates - just before the world came to a standstill during the Covid-19 pandemic. But Suva didn’t let that slow him down. Post-lockdown, he trialled and signed with Coventry Rugby, where he quickly made his mark.
Now, with over 50 appearances under his belt for Coventry, Suva’s incredible work ethic and standout performances have earned him a spot in the Championship Team of the Year. A fantastic achievement that reflects his dedication, skill, and resilience. 🏆
Suva says he’s grateful for the journey so far, but he’s hungry for more. And knowing Suva, this is just the beginning.
