Welcome to Camp QE! Our exciting and inclusive multi-activity day camps provide a perfect blend of fun, creativity, and adventure throughout the school holidays.
Set within the beautiful Thorpe Underwood Estate in Yorkshire, Camp QE is open to all children up to Year 8 — and you don’t need to be a QE student to join us.
Wraparound care, hot lunches, snacks and drinks are included, providing children with everything they need for a fun and engaging day in a safe and welcoming environment.
Camp QE gives children the opportunity to try new activities, develop skills, make friends and enjoy memorable school holidays in the unique surroundings of Queen Ethelburga’s.

Every day at Camp QE is different and packed with fun activities, sports, games and arts and crafts. Children can enjoy a wide range of activities, from football, rugby and tennis to rock climbing, scavenger hunts and skating. Indoor activities include swimming, basketball, dodgeball, table tennis, baking, tie-dying T-shirts and much more. |

Camp QE Juniors is an award-winning day activity camp. Each week features a unique theme and team-based challenges for children to earn points. At the end of the week, the team with the fewest points puts forward their Team Leader for an amusing punishment.

Important Booking Information
- All Camp QE fees are payable in advance of your childcare.
- Camp QE accepts Childcare Vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare scheme payments, which can be used as part or full payment for your booking.
- We do not accept payments by cash or cheque.
- Please note that it is not possible to cancel/refund or swap any of the days booked once we have confirmed your child’s place. Non-attendance for a booked session will still be charged at the published rate.
- The school does not accept any liability be it financially, consequentially, or otherwise for any acts or omissions of the pupil nor will it reduce/refund/waive fees or additional charges where the pupil does not attend, participate in or otherwise make use of the service provided due to sickness, accident, loss, damage, suspension, exclusion, expulsion, withdrawal (be it temporary or permanent) or study leave.
