Head Teacher Congratulates Students

Principal Daniel Machin expressed his delight on GCSE Results Day 2022:

"We are delighted to see an impressive set of results this year and are proud of our Year 11 (and 10!) students for their achievements. Each individual has their own aspirations and milestones. Indeed, one of the great benefits of attending QE is sharing and celebrating the diverse mix of interests and skills that our students all have. We are delighted to see so many achieving what they have hoped for.

Students, staff, and parents have worked exceptionally hard over the past two years, navigating a demanding pathway to reach today’s results. Moreover, we would like to thank and commend all our students for their impressive work ethic and sense of fun. Another thank you to all our staff for providing outstanding levels of teaching, guidance, and good humour to drive success. Finally, a thank you to all our parents and guardians for their constant support.

We look forward to seeing everyone return in the next two weeks for the start of sixth form!"
