Music

Music at Chapter House

Every child in Key Stage One and Two is taught a musical instrument by specialist teachers at Chapter House.

Children learn how to read music and play the instrument within their year group’s curriculum. Children also have access to individual peripatetic tuition or Chapter House’s choir to further pursue their love of music.

Children can also receive peripatetic tuition and get involved in lots of musical events.
Competitions And Shows Galore!

We love nothing more than to welcome an audience of proud parents.

All children perform in class assemblies and the Christmas or summer concerts. Your child can get involved in competitions like the House Music and Drama competition, Verse-Us – a choir competition with local schools or watch solo and group performances at the Carol Service, Speech Day, Nativity and other school productions.
