Monday 5th July to Monday 26th July 2027 Younger learners spend their mornings developing their English skills, with afternoons filled with fun, adventure and activities. Students receive at least 10 hours of English learning each week. Prices start from £1,600 per week for residential students. |

Monday 5th July to Monday 26th July 2027 Older students enjoy engaging English lessons each morning, followed by a choice of three afternoon pathways: Create, Discover or Challenge. Sample Overview
Days at our UK English summer school start with optional sessions such as yoga or crafts. Our Welfare team also runs mindfulness workshops designed to support confidence and wellbeing.
After dinner, students join fun social sessions to meet new friends and converse in English. Evening activities include music, sports, team games, swimming, yoga, baking, movie nights, themed parties, and more.

Cultural & Educational Trips
One trip is included in the course fee each week for residential students, giving them the opportunity to explore vibrant cities, British culture and discover famous landmarks. To make the most of the experience and visit all destinations, we recommend staying for the full three-week international summer camp.

Full day trip Enjoy a football stadium tour at Manchester United or Manchester City, discover the city on a walking tour and visit a local museum. Finish the day at the Trafford Centre, with plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment. |

Two Days / One Night Day One Discover London’s iconic landmarks on a walking tour from the Tower of London to Buckingham Palace, passing St Paul’s Cathedral, the Palace of Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Horse Guards Parade and The Mall. Finish the day with dinner out in the city. Day Two Explore the world-famous British Museum, enjoy a scenic cruise along the River Thames and spend some time shopping in London before returning to Queen Ethelburga's. |
| Week Three - York |
|
Full day trip Discover York’s rich history with a visit to the National Railway Museum and the magnificent York Minster. Enjoy a picnic in the Museum Gardens, wander through the charming medieval streets of The Shambles, and finish the day with some shopping at York Designer Outlet. |

Boarding
Our modern on-site boarding houses offer en-suite bedrooms, welcoming social spaces and shared kitchen and dining areas. Juniors (ages 7–12) enjoy accommodation designed especially for younger students, with age-appropriate supervision and support.
With dedicated chill-out spaces, a wellness room and study pods, students have plenty of opportunities to relax, socialise and study. Our boarding team is available 24/7, ensuring every student feels safe, supported and at home throughout their Summer School experience.
Welfare and Safeguarding
Student welfare is at the heart of our Summer School. Every student has a personal tutor who checks in regularly, alongside support from our dedicated Welfare and Boarding Teams.
With 24-hour supervision, on-site first aid and access to off-site medical care when needed, students are well cared for throughout their stay. Daily wellbeing activities also help support their physical and mental health, ensuring they feel safe, happy and ready to make the most of their summer.

| Do you provide airport transfer? |

Yes! Students arriving at or departing from Manchester Airport on the specified arrival and departure days can request a free transfer, subject to flight times. Students arriving or departing on different days, outside of these times, or to/from different airports will need to organise their own transfers. Transfers are only available to students attending the Summer School. We are unable to accommodate family members or agents. |
| Are there any extra costs? |

No – our International Summer School fees are fully inclusive. Although students may wish to bring pocket money for souvenirs or personal spending. |
| Can you help with Visa Support? |
| Yes, we can! Once the fees are paid, we will provide a Visa Support letter to assist with your application. |
| What level of English do students need to have? |
| Students must be able to communicate their needs in English; this is to ensure their safety under our care. All courses and activities are taught in English. |
| What dates can students arrive/depart? |

For students attending the junior or senior International Summer School:

| Can students pre-book a trip? |
| Trips are included in the Summer School price for residential students, so there’s no need to pre-book. To enjoy all three trips, students must attend all three weeks of Summer School. |
