    What is a satisfactory IELTS score?

    A score of 6.0 to 6.5 or better - you can start a range of our most academic A-Level courses requiring a good level of English - Business, Economics, Politics and Law.

    A score of 5.5 to 6.- you could start a range of some of our A-Level or BTEC courses requiring more limited language skills - Mathematics and Science.

    A score of 5.0 - you would find understanding A-Level courses difficult due to language problems and you would normally need further intensive preparation in English.

International Academic Sixth Form Award Based on GCSE or iGCSE
10A star - up to 100% of Fees
9A star & 1A - up to 90% of Fees
8A star & 2A - up to 75% of Fees
If predicted grades are as above please apply for the Scholarship.
Only GCSE or iGCSE are allowed, no other examination types.
Students require an A star GCSE, or iGCSE, in all the subjects they wish to study at A level.
For overseas students with a minimum IELTS score of 6.50
